13CrMo4-5 Seamless Alloy Steel Pipe
With the upgrading of modern energy systems and the renewal of industrial installations, industrial transmission pipelines operating under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions set stricter requirements for material heat resistance, corrosion resistance and long-term operational reliability. In core industrial sectors such as thermal power generation and petroleum refining, chromium-molybdenum alloy seamless pipes have become the primary option for high-temperature medium conveyance thanks to their stable high-temperature performance. Recently, C&N Group has successfully finished the production and delivery of a batch of EN 10216-2 Grade 13CrMo4-5 seamless alloy steel pipes. All products have been shipped to the project site of our Saudi client, delivering reliable pipe support for its petrochemical project.

The delivered 13CrMo4-5 seamless alloy steel pipes are manufactured in strict accordance with the European standard EN 10216-2. Featuring a chromium-molybdenum alloy material formula, they are dedicated industrial pipes engineered for high-temperature and high-pressure service environments.
The most prominent strength of this pipe is its exceptional high-temperature tolerance: it can maintain a long-term stable operating temperature of up to 550°C, and retains steady structural strength with excellent creep resistance under the combined effect of sustained thermal load and high-pressure stress. The chromium element in the material effectively enhances the pipe’s high-temperature oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance against conventional process media. Combined with the toughness improvement brought by molybdenum element, it greatly reduces the risks of structural deformation and brittle cracking during long-term service. In addition, this alloy steel pipe boasts sound weldability and machinability, which fits diverse engineering demands such as on-site installation welding and non-standard custom processing. It is widely applicable to high-temperature medium conveyance scenarios including power station boilers and refining units.
