Cu/Ni 90/10 seamless pipes adopt mature production processes and premium copper-nickel alloy raw materials, perfectly adapting to various marine corrosive working environments.

Cu/Ni 90/10 pipes feature outstanding resistance to chloride pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and flow erosion, which can effectively withstand long-term seawater immersion. Meanwhile, this alloy has natural anti-biofouling performance, which can inhibit the adhesion of marine organisms inside the pipeline and greatly reduce later maintenance costs.

This copper-nickel alloy also has excellent ductility, weldability and workability, which can cope with complex on-site welding and laying construction of offshore cooling pipelines.

Before delivery, we carried out strict dimensional inspection for all finished pipes. Professional inspectors used vernier calipers to measure the outer diameter and wall thickness of each pipe one by one to ensure all dimensional parameters fully comply with DIN 86019 standard. Every pipe is clearly laser marked with material grade, specification and execution standard to realize full life-cycle traceability of products.

To ensure product integrity during long-distance sea transportation, we use container shipping for delivery. Each copper-nickel pipe is wrapped with anti-collision and moisture-proof protective film to avoid scratches, collision deformation and oxidation corrosion in transit, making sure all products arrive at the project site intact.
