C&N's ASTM A234 WP12 CL2 Pipe Fittings are chromium-molybdenum alloy steel forged pipe fittings specially designed for high temperature and high pressure service, complying with ASTM A234 WP12 material standard and ASME B16.11 CL2 (Class 2000) pressure class, with pressure capacity up to 5000 psi, and can operate stably for a long period of time in the harsh environment from -29°C to 593°C. Its core composition is chromium (0.8-1.25%) + molybdenum (0.44-0.65%). Its core composition is chromium (0.8-1.25%) + molybdenum (0.44-0.65%), which significantly improves the resistance to high temperature oxidation, hydrogen corrosion and creep performance, suitable for refinery hydrogenation plant, power station boiler steam lines and chemical reactors and other key systems, covering a full range of socket weld/threaded elbows, tees, reducers and other fittings, through the 100% magnetic particle inspection + hardness Our products have passed 100% magnetic particle inspection + hardness testing and ISO 9001/PED certification.
